Jason Chen, the Gizmodo editor who broke the news concerning the lost 4th-gen iPhone prototype after Gizmodo paid $5000 to obtain it, had his home raided recently by the police. They took servers and computers on the grounds of what many lawyers are saying is an illegal warrant.
