Info on 2nd-Gen Classmate PC Tablet Released

Intel has released a few details on their next generation Classmate PC.

This version will, most notably, feature a swivel top, making this notebook a tablet device. Spec-wise, it will run on the same processor as the previous version, a 1.6GHz Atom.

Other features include an 8.9" display with a resolution of 1024 x 600, two USB ports, an SD card expansion slot, and an SSD drive.

No word on pricing or release date.
