|
When Michael Schumacher checks his email he probably uses one of
the newest laptops from Acer, the Ferrari 3400. This
swashbuckling notebook, not only shares a name with the legendary
car manufacturer, but also boasts it's predecessors dazzling
Ferrari red colour and Prancing Horse logo. The Ferrari 3400 is the newest notebook in the Ferrari line, and we have to admit it's a nice looking puppy, boasting a Mobile AMD Athlon 64 processor, 512MB of DDR333 SDRAM, and an ATI Mobility RADEON 9700 graphics card with 128MB of DDR memory. Here's what Rob Enderle (Enderle Group analyst) had to say about the Acer, AMD and Ferrari partnership, that made this notebook release possible: |

"Acer, AMD and Ferrari continue to showcase that in the
laptop market this unique combination, while far from common, is
possible. This is what makes the Ferrari 3400 such a fantastic
system and one of my own personal favorite laptop
products." Update! Acer have now released the Ferrari 4000 Read another Acer story - Travelmate 3200 |
