Microprocessor titan Intel, have just announced an ambitious project to manufacture a line of cheap notebooks for teachers and students in developing nations. "EduWise" will cost an estimated $400 a piece, and the project is already off to a flier, with 300,000 units pre-ordered for educators in Mexico.
