  HiVision made headlines a while back when the company began showing off a netbook it said could be sold for as little as $98. I’m pretty sure there was a misunderstanding, and that HiVision was looking for distributors that would pay the company $98 for the netbook and turn around and sell it to customers for somewhere between $100 and $200.
