Earlier today, an Italian judge decided three Google executives were at fault over the submission of an offensive video on Google Video Italia. The alleged violation of privacy for an autistic child seen beaten in the video was placed at the feet of Google as a content provider, and six months of (assuredly commuted) jailtime has been handed out as a result.
